Through the team building experience, and through outdoor training in general, participants take part in experiences seemingly distant and disconnected from their working lives. These experiences act as an extremely potent accelerator for changes in both individual and group behaviour, stimulating the cognitive and emotional aspects of participants and reinforcing learning and resilience.
Results
Thanks to the high degree of emotional engagement typical of team building and all outdoor activities, this methodology yields better results when used to support different types of processes, such as Motivation, Change Management and Business Process Re-engineering, Integration and Management Development (Empowerment, Leadership, Problem Solving...).
